You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity any time by visiting 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' located within the 'My Account' section. Changes can be made any time within 24 hours of the next scheduled shipment date, and you can cancel at any time.

How do I join SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™?
Creating a subscription for an item can be done by visiting any of our Vitamin Shoppe retail locations or on any participating the product detail page or in the shopping cart on vitaminshoppe.com. To subscribe, simply select the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ option for your desired product, choose your preferred shipment frequency, then check out as normal.
What will happen after I join SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™?
After you join SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and subscription account information including enrolling in your Free Roadmap to a Better You and your Complimentary Wellness Plan. We'll schedule your SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you'll only be billed on the day the order is shipped. 10 days prior to each order, we’ll send you an email or text reminder (if you choose to enroll in SMS text messages). You'll also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as item discontinuation, subscription cancellation, or order placement confirmations.
How do I make changes to my SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ subscription deliveries?
Once you've subscribed, SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, swap flavors or cancel a subscription by visiting 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' located in the 'My Account' section on VitaminShoppe.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
To change an order date:
- Visit the 'My Next Shipment' tab under 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™', click on 'Edit Date', then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.
- If the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ order contains multiple items, and you'd only like to change the order date of a single item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Please click the next order date for the individual item and select your desired next order date from the calendar.
To skip a delivery:
- Visit the 'My Next Shipment' tab under 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' and click on 'Skip Delivery' to skip the entire order.
To change your shipment frequency:
- To modify the delivery frequency for a SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ item, please visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual item, simply click the drop down next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the pull down menu.
To pause SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™:
- Visit the 'My Subscriptions' tab and simply click the 'edit' link next to the desired item. In the drop down section, click on 'Stop Subscription'. You'll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you've chosen a reason and confirmed the choice, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You'll also receive an email notification confirming this.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
How do I make changes to My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ account information?
To review or modify your SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ account information, visit 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' located within the 'My Account' section on our site. You can change the shipping address or payment information for an individual order or for the entire subscription. You can also change the delivery frequency.
- To make updates to your personal account information, please select either the 'My Next Shipment' tab or the 'My Subscriptions' tab.
- To change your shipping address, please click on 'edit' located within the Shipping Address box. This address will apply to all SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders.
- To change your billing information, please click on 'edit' located within the Billing Address box. This address will apply to all SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders.
Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
What is the difference between the 'My Next Shipment' and 'My Subscriptions' tabs?
The 'My Next Shipment' tab shows the details for your next scheduled order. An order may contain more than one individual item scheduled for SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ if the items have the same order date, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
The 'My Subscriptions' tab displays individual SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ items and all associated details for that individual subscription including next order date, delivery frequency, quantity, shipping address, billing address and payment information.
If I subscribe to multiple items for the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™, will they ship at the same time?
Yes, depending on your set frequency. For example if you have one subscription that ships every 30 days and a separate one that ships every 60 days, every other month you would receive one box with both subscriptions in it.
Can I use my Healthy Awards® certificate(s) towards my SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ purchase?
Your Healthy Awards® certificate(s) can be used both for initial purchase of a SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ and for future re-occurring orders. To apply your Healthy Awards® certificate(s) to future SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders, by visiting 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' located within the 'My Account' section, and check the box at the bottom of the page that states “Apply my Healthy Awards® certificate(s) to future SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders. Your SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ order must be of equal or greater value to your Healthy Awards® certificate(s) in order to be auto applied. If the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ order value is less than your Healthy Awards® certificate(s) than your certificate(s) will not be applied and will still be available to you to use at a later time.
What happens if there is a change in price to an item I've subscribed for SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™?
As part of our Best Price Guarantee, item prices are locked down to save you money by doing a 30-day lookback on online pricing to guarantee you the best price that was available online for the past 30 days. All promotional prices for eligible orders will be included in the best price guarantee. Coupons and "buy one, get one" are not included in the Best Price Guarantee. We'll then take an additional 10% off of the Best Price Guarantee for all SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders and ship your order for free within the continental United States. Your "Upcoming Order" email will communicate if there are any price changes, and what you can expect to pay for your next delivery. You can always see the price of your subscription item(s) by going to your 'My SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™' page.
What happens if my subscription product is out of stock?
If a SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ product is temporarily out of stock, you will receive an email notification. If the order is not canceled, the product will be shipped when it's in stock up to 10 days after the initial ship date. Similarly, if a SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ product is discontinued, you'll be notified by email and your SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ shipments for the discontinued product will be cancelled.
Can I use a Gift Card towards my SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ purchase?
Gift Card(s) may only be used on your initial subscription order. All future SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ shipments require another payment method.
Will I earn Healthy Award® points for my subscription purchases?
We’ll do you one better. You’ll earn double Healthy Awards® points for every SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ purchase!
How do I get my Free Sample Box?
Your free sample box will automatically arrive 4x a year with your SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ shipment. Each box will be curated to your specific interests. We like to think of it as Discovery, delivered!
How do I enroll in my Free Roadmap to a Better You transformational plan?
You'll receive an email prompting you to enroll once you've placed a SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ order. Missed the email? No problem! Simply log into ‘My Account’ page on vitaminshoppe.com, and scroll to the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ section. The middle section titled "#GOALGETTERS – Select Your Plan" will have a "Select Your Plan" link that allows you to enroll in one of our transformational plans. After enrolling, you'll receive an email directing you to your full 8-week program.
How do I enroll in my free Complimentary Wellness Plan?
Simply log into ‘My Account’ page on vitaminshoppe.com, and scroll to the SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ section. The section all the way to the right of the page titled "Complimentary Wellness Plan" will have a "Book Now" button, where you can click to schedule your personal consultation with a nutritionist. Once scheduled, you'll be reminded when to log back in for your face-to-face virtual chat. Our nutritionist will then put together a personalized plan for you based on your consultation, and email it to you.
Can I price match my SPARK AUTO DELIVERY™ orders?
You can price match your initial order based on our price match policy outlined in the, "What is your price matching policy?", section of our site. However you cannot price match on re-occurring orders as competitor pricing must be proven at the time of purchase per the above policy link.
